FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR CORPORATE EVENTS

Our B2B clients use our tastings to connect with their key clients, their prospects and their internal teams.  

We host events as small as 10 people and as large as a few hundred.  Depending on your goals, we can help you structure the event approach to accommodate your ideal group size.

Our bespoke events are produced on Hopin or Zoom based on your needs and preferences.  Sip and Learns are hosted by the client on their preferred platform and our team will work with that selection.

We do not offer a menu to select from. Working with small-batch producers, we manage their available inventory along with the winemaker’s schedule and match the best fit vineyard for your event. If you have a preference, we are happy to do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee a specific winery.

Absolutely! Given enough time before your event, we’re happy to work with your vendors or recommend some of ours and include anything from branded swag from your company, to wine accessories, to collateral.

Yes! We have excellent partners that offer everything from cheese boxes, to chocolate to snacks to elevate the tasting experience!

RSVP lists for all events close 14 days prior to the event.  If you happen to have a late submission we’ll always do our best to accommodate with expedited shipping but 14 days allows for regular ground shipping and multiple delivery attempts to your guests.

We send (2) full size bottles of wine or (3) 100 ML bottles of whiskey to each attendee prior to the event date.

We ship to 45 states within North America (we cannot ship to AL, UT, SD, KY and MS). We can not ship internationally at this time. We offer a non-alcoholic option that we can send anywhere or recommend clients send those who we cannot ship to a gift card to purchase something similar locally.

American Sign Language Interpreting available upon request.

We believe wine should be accessible to everyone. If a need arises, an American Sign Language Interpreter is available upon request for any of our online events. Simply email hello@vinsocial.co to submit a request.
