100% Pinot Noir
Finger Lakes, New York
What to expect:
This blush pink beauty might fool you into thinking it’s sweet at first glance, but to be clear this rosé is DRY and labeled as such to avoid being confused with sweet White Zin. A playful summery bouquet of strawberry rhubarb, watermelon, and fresh herbs greets you on the nose inviting you into the glass for a delightfully crisp and fresh mouthful of tart red berries and a refreshing, briny minerality that keeps you coming back for more.
Optimal Experience:
Serve chilled, but not ice cold, which can dampen a wine’s aromatics. Take out of the fridge 15 minutes before pouring. Enjoy with flip-flops, sunshine, and a summer picnic.
Pair with:
Summer Salads, Goat Cheese, and Fried Chicken
